Please note that it is not possible to sign up for the conference on the spot. Accepted participants with confirmed payment will receive their name badges and conference materials at the registration desk located in the ground floor foyer of our main conference venue.
Pre-registration starts on Tuesday. Please consider already registering on that day, if you wish to avoid long lines on Wednesday morning. Our registration desk is open throughout the conference, during the times indicated below.
Due to safety regulations, our keynote venue Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus is unfortunately limited to 500 participants. A video transmission of the entire evening program will also be offered at the main conference venue, with catering available at both locations. If you wish to choose which venue to attend, please register at the registration desk as early as possible.
The colored “Voucher” signs below indicate which lunch voucher is valid on each respective day. A detailed floor plan of the conference building is available on the Venue page.
